In recognition of its exemplary educational partnership during the 2007-2008 academic year, which was made possible through the collaborative efforts of school and community, The Gold Circle School Partnership Award was bestowed upon Wignall Animal Hospital and Pelham High School, Monday, September 22nd, 2008.
The award recognizes the contributions of Wignall Animal Hospital through its Veterinary Internship Program with Pelham High School, Pelham, NH. The internship enables an interested Pelham High School student to see veterinary medicine first hand for an entire school year. Wignall technician Supervisor, Bonnie Begin is the liaison at Wignall and acts as a mentor and coach to the student intern. Bonnie and Wignall Animal Hospital are honored to participate in the program and receive such a prestigious award.
